PAYMENTS & RETURNS

Salesindia.com is presently accepting payments only through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net banking. As and when other methods are incorporated, the same will be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential.

We accept all VISA & Master Cards—only Indian cards, as International cards may not be supported. You will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code, which is on the back of your card, and complete the payment.

With a view to making online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory, from August 1st, 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The "extra level" is a password, which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).You will have to log onto your bank's website for registration, and each bank has its own process for registration.

CASH ON DELIVERY ( C.O.D )

Salesindia.com is not currently offering any cash-on-delivery payment option for any orders. The same would be updated as and when we make changes to this policy.

PRICE

All offer prices on Salesindia.com are inclusive of taxes, there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image. In some cases or locations, you will have to pay shipping charges, which will be mentioned on your screen while you place the order , before making the final payment.

ORDERS

We will not be able to make any changes to your valued order after you have placed it and paid for it. Also, combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of a non-delivery occurring due to your mistake (wrong name, address, or any other wrong information), Salesindia.com would incur an extra cost for redelivery, and the same would be claimed from you.

Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Salesindia.com provides FREE Delivery in most of the locations for all products sold on Salesindia.com to your beneficiary's address within Gujarat State limits only. (Kindly check the pin code for Delivery Serviceable Area).

However, in some products, cases, or locations, you may have to pay an additional shipping charge. The same is mentioned at the time of booking the order and entering the PIN code, before proceeding with the final payment.

Delivery time would be at least 7 business days( excluding Sundays & Public Holidays ) from the day your order booking and payment are completed on Salesindia.com. There may be a delay in the delivery due to unavailability of stock or some technical issues that will not be considered in the shipment date/days. The day of booking your order & making payment is taken as day 0.

INSTALLATION & DEMO

Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only. In case of further clarifications, we would request that you contact us at 079 2754 1199 or email us at support@salesindia.com and we will be happy to clarify the same.

After delivery/receipt of the product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after a minimum of 4 business days. However, in some remote locations, it may take more than 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.

Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorized service centre/franchisee only.

For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorized service centre or franchisee.

Inclusions in the scope of work for Split A/C installation: - Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.

Exclusions in the scope of work for Split A/c Installation:- All masonry work, Supply and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if an earlier Split A/C is present.

For other products, standard installation will be provided as per the company's norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of the product, installation would happen after a minimum of 7 business days. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Salesindia.com makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specifications and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request that you kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring them to our attention before accepting delivery by calling us on 079 – 2754 11 99 or emailing us at support@salesindia.com. After acceptance of delivery of the product, Salesindia.com will not entertain any returns or refund request.

As by default our payment mode for the order is online (Credit/Debit Card OR Net Banking), if the customer cancels or returns his/her order, then 5% of the order amount will be deducted from the refunding amount.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of the refund request.

For any product or service available for sale on Salesindia.com, the company does not assume any liability. Salesindia.com is only in the business of providing products and services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in Gujarat. (Limited to mentioned state limits only)

At the time of receipt of products, the customer shall check to ensure that the product is in proper condition to his / her satisfaction and sign the delivery chalan as his or her acceptance of the product.

However, considering our esteemed customer's interest, we are bound to exchange the

product or refund the amount under the following conditions:

Any damage discovered at the stage of inspection by the customer when it is unpacked by the delivery associate during the delivery would be entitled to immediate replacement within the next 15 days.

If a product purchased malfunctions at the time of demo / installation, it will be treated as "dead on arrival," and the product will be entitled to replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

No request for exchange of product will be entertained subsequent to the customer or his/her representative signing the document ( delivery chalan ) acknowledging the receipt of the product to his/her satisfaction. In case of defects thereafter noticed by the customer, such defects will be serviced by Manufacturer’s service center as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Products like Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Digital Cameras, Camcorders, and other IT peripherals & accessories are covered under " carry in warranties," and all services are provided by the manufacturing companies through authorized service providers. This is also applicable to any dead-on-arrival case.

In case of any physical damage found at the time of delivery or in case of a technical defect found during the installation of the product, and the manufacturer approves an exchange of the product, the product should be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging. Invoice Copy/Delivery Chalan / Payment proof in original will be required to be submitted at the time of such a request.

The credit note issued in cases where a replacement product is not available can be used for the purchase of any product within the stipulated validity period and cannot be refunded in cash or otherwise.

Products like Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Digital Cameras, IT Accessories , DVDs, Gaming Softwares, Air coolers, free gifts & personal care products will not be returned or exchanged once sold.

No return of any product purchased under a promotional scheme or discount, or where the invoice specifically mentions " no replacement ".

We reserve the right to request the customer's identification.

SHIPMENT CANCELLATION

Once the order is booked & online payment is completed, Salesindia.com will endeavor to deliver your product in the stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary's address in Gujarat State only.

Salesindia.com will not allow for Cancellation of Shipment for any reason. So we request our dear customers accordingly to confirm the purchase first and then book at Salesindia.com
